DOMESTIC CLEANING
All our cleaners come to us with three cleaning references that we verbally check & must have a current Police Clearance. Our cleaners will do all aspects of home cleaning from scrubbing the toilet and oven to washing the linen, if required.
NOTE: When booking a cleaner the client needs to tell us whether ironing is required.
The only tasks our cleaners will not perform are window cleaning, light fittings, soft furnishings, scrubbing walls or venetian blinds. If the client requires these services we have appropriate helpers available or can recommend the appropriate company.
We have found that clients prefer their own products to be used on varying surfaces. All cleaning products are provided by the client unless alternative arrangements are requested.
Note: Heavy Cleaning
A vacant home clean is charged at a higher rate. Whether moving in or out, due to the amount of heavy cleaning we charge a slightly higher rate.
Please ensure that the electricity, gas and hot water are still on and that the client leaves all the necessary cleaning products. If you want our cleaners to provide the cleaning products, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
